Libby is our newest associate, and recently graduated from Vici Beauty School! She is currently working under Maddie, and will begin working on her own sometime in 2023. Libby's specialty work is mainly in color, and she loves blonding services. In her free time, Libby loves spending time with her family and dogs. She feels that this industry is ever changing, and that it is essential to continue learning and growing to be successful. We are so excited to have Libby as a part of the Trendsetters family!

Wendy is our newest esthetician and has been working in the industry for just over 2 years. Wendy is very passionate about holistic beauty and is always striving to improve her skills and techniques. She believes that every client deserves to receive the highest quality care, and is extremely knowledgeable in a wide range of skin care treatments. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and learning more about skin care.

Matthew is a Level 1 stylist here at Trendsetters! Matthew loves the transformation process with his guests and being able to enhance people's natural beauty. Matthew's favorite services include color, haircutting and balayage services. He is an artist at heart, and loves drawing and painting in his free time; as well as hanging out with friends and family!

Elyse is currently our newest Level 1 stylist! Elyse loves having the opportunity to make clients feel beautiful and confident. Her specialty work is with curly hair, balayage and vivid colors. In her free time, she loves jamming to 70's music and hanging out with her friends! She relocated from Orlando, Florida and cannot wait to make you feel your very best while in her chair!

Madeline is a Level 2 stylist here at Trendsetters! She loves making people feel their best and loves seeing her guests leave with a smile! Her specialty work is in color and blonding. Madeline has had training in color and cutting classes and is certified in Brazilian blowouts! Madeline has been doing hair for a little over 2 years and enjoys shopping locally and spending time with friends when she's not working!

Caitlin is a Level 3 stylist here at Trendsetters! She loves seeing her client's faces after she has styled their hair, and her specialty work is in balayage and blonding. She has taken many Redken color classes, Malibu classes, styling and finishing classes, as well as just receiving her certification in Bellami extensions. She has been with our team for a little over 2 years and loves spending her free time fishing, kayaking, and spending time with her boyfriend and dog, Harley! Caitlin has wanted to work at Trendsetters since she was 12 years old and was first inside of our salon. She says it's even more surreal that the station she got her first haircut in is now the station that she works in everyday!

Talia is a Level 3 stylist here at Trendsetters! She loves getting to do different services every day in the salon, as well as meeting new people. Her specialty work is in foil work and tackling color corrections! She was just certified in the Keratin Complex course, as well as a Redken Shades EQ Specialist. Talia has been with us for 3 years, and likes to spending her free time cooking and being outside!

Maddie is a level 5 stylist here at Trendsetters as well as our general manager! She loves interacting with guests and making people feel beautiful everyday! Her specialty work is in blonding, extension work, and corrective colors. Maddie took the Redken color certification course, as well as the Habit hand tied extension course! She is currently getting her certification in Invisible Bead Extensions as well. Maddie has been with the Trendsetters team for over 5 years, and loves golfing and spending time with her family and son, Calvin! As a mom, Maddie likes to be busy and loves spending time teaching in and out of the salon.

Shannon is a level 7 stylist here at Trendsetters! Shannon loves the constant changing color trends and placements within this field! Her specialty work is in highlights and balayage. Shannon is a Master Specialist and Color Certified in Redken. She has been with us for 12 years, and loves being active in her free time! She loves spending time with her kids and soaking up all of the experiences they have to offer! One of the most rewarding things about her job is how much trust she has gained with her clients. Shannon says she has formed amazing friendships and it's a win-win.

Betsy is a Level 7 stylist here at Trendsetters! She loves the people she meets and the relationships she has developed at Trendsetters, and her specialty work is in short hair cuts and color. She has been to many Redken classes over the years, including symposiums in New York and Las Vegas. Betsy has been with Trendsetters for 30 years, and says it is the best decision she's ever made. She loves being outdoors in her free time - and loves to bike and kayak with friends. Betsy feels that a consultation with each client is essential, and that it helps to ensure that the client is receiving exactly what they want/need.

Ellen is a level 7 stylist here at Trendsetters, and loves making her guests feel beautiful. Her specialty work is in haircuts and perming, and she has attended many classes for cutting, coloring, and styling over the years. She has been with us for 38 years, and loves spending her time outside of the salon with her family and gardening.

Kelly is Trendsetters' owner and visionary, and the reason we are all able to create beautiful work everyday! Kelly is a level 8 stylist, and loves the relationships she has formed with not only her guests- but all of the salon's guests. Her specialty work is in haircutting and color, and she has attended years and years worth of Redken cutting, styling, and color classes. She is Redken color certified and has taken on many associates throughout the years. With over 40 years of experience, and almost 40 years of owning and operating Trendsetters; Kelly has been a successful, driving force in the Burlington community and loves to give back. Outside of the salon, she enjoys her time with family and her three beautiful grandchildren!

Janelle is a level 3 nail tech here at Trendsetters, and loves that every work day is different- and no two guests are the same. Her specialty is obviously in nails, but she feels that she also specializes in customer service! Janelle wants her guests to feel comfortable and have the best experience while in her chair. Janelle has been with us for almost 3 years and loves spending her time outside of the salon with her husband and kids. She loves doing home renovation work as well with her husband!

Holly is a level 8 nail technician here at Trendsetters and loves all of her wonderful guests! Her specialty work is in nails and nail art, and is always up for a nail art challenge! Holly has been doing nails for almost 25 years, and loves to educate her guests on proper nail/skin care for your hands and feet! With almost 20 years at Trendsetters under her belt, Holly has really been a wonderful addition to our team! Outside of the salon, Holly loves spending time with her family and three boys! You can typically find her at a baseball, basketball, or football event for her boys - and is an avid Brewers and Bucks fan!

Kayla is our wedding coordinator, as well as one of our front desk leads! She is the one that takes care of the majority of our bridal parties, as well as coordinating all of our brides' special day! She is an amazing mom to a little girl, and loves spending her free time dabbling in makeup and having fun with her family!
